Our services include:

• Offer Writing: We will collect offer terms in writing from the Agent.  The Agent will thoroughly review and approve the offer and send to the clients or customers for signatures.

• Pre-Market Listings:  We begin by preparing listing paperwork and supporting the property as it prepares for the market.  We encourage agents to utilize our Leveraged Listing method (see button below) to maximize leverage and provide a predictable process to scale your business.

• Contract to Close: From bound contract to close, we handle all the details and provide proactive support.  Agents are responsible for advocating/negotiating and relationship development with their clients.  We handle the rest

• Social Media & Marketing: All Taylor TC clients receive a complimentary 20 min strategy session with our social partner, Host with Emily.  We offer a variety of social and marketing services to meet every budget and need.
