Taylor TC Services was founded in 2020 with a vision to fill a gap that existed in the East Tennessee market: local, high quality, experienced Transaction Coordinator support services for busy Real Estate Agents. What began as a partnership with one REALTOR® in Knoxville, has grown to over $1 billion+ in closed volume, over 3,500+ properties closed, and partnerships with dozens of REALTORS® across Tennessee, Georgia, and Kentucky.

Heather Taylor, Owner of Taylor TC
Heather Taylor is the founder and owner of Taylor TC. Heather is a licensed REALTOR® in Tennessee and Kentucky, and is a former multi-million dollar producing REALTOR®. In 2020, she developed the concept of Taylor TC and she continues to refine the business and the services that are provided. The Lord has continued to provide and bless the business and she looks forward to bringing integrity to every transaction and agent partnership.
Heather, with her husband and children currently live in Christiansburg, Virginia (although Rocky Top is their home sweet home!).
