About Us
Taylor TC Services was founded in 2020 with a vision to fill a gap that existed in the East Tennessee market: local, high quality, experienced Transaction Coordinator support services for busy Real Estate Agents. What began as a partnership with one REALTOR® in Knoxville, has grown to over $1 billion+ in closed volume, over 4,000+ properties closed, and partnerships with dozens of REALTORS® across Tennessee, Georgia, and Kentucky.

Heather Taylor, Owner of Taylor TC
Heather Taylor is the founder and owner of Taylor TC. Heather is a licensed REALTOR® in Tennessee and Kentucky, and is a former multi-million dollar producing REALTOR®. In 2020, she developed the concept of Taylor TC and she continues to refine the business and the services that are provided. The Lord has continued to provide and bless the business and she looks forward to bringing integrity to every transaction and agent partnership.
Heather, with her husband and children currently live in Christiansburg, Virginia (although Rocky Top is their home sweet home!).

Kelsi Wilson, Transaction Coordinator
Kelsi has been excelling in transaction coordination for many years, demonstrating a passion for her work. Her strengths include exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a talent for building strong relationships.

Anna has been in real estate for many years with an extensive real estate background as a previous Agent, Transaction Coordinator, and a Market Center Admin for Keller Williams, and has had the pleasure of serving many agents and clients.
As a resident of Murray, KY, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband, Garrett, their puppy, Lucy, and new baby boy. She enjoys working out, and hosting get together's with her friends and family.

Jamie brings nearly a decade of experience in the property management industry. Most recently, she was a Real Estate Executive Assistant, as both a Transaction Coordinator and client concierge. Her diverse background gives her a strong operational foundation and a deep understanding of the client experience.

Ariann has been in real estate for the better part of a decade with the latter half focused on Transaction Coordination. She is licensed in two states and brings a wealth of real estate knowledge, coupled with a passion for organization.
Ariann lives in Middle Tennessee with her husband, two youngest boys, and two dogs; and has two adult children chasing their dreams on the west coast. She loves spending time with family & friends, traveling, and live music.

Originally from Australia, Bonnie made the move to the United States in 2015 and has since fallen in love with both the country and the incredible people she’s met along the way. Her positive energy and attention to detail make her a trusted partner for clients.
Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, exploring Tennessee’s beautiful outdoors, and discovering great food wherever she goes.
